New Year's Eve - Outfit Of The Day

Thought I'd do a quick post on my New Year's Eve outfit. I have a lot more posts coming up but I thought it made more sense to do this one first.

Dress - Forever 21
Top (just seen) - H&M
Tights - Asda
Wedges - New Look
Necklace - Marc by Marc Jacobs

In case you can't tell, these wedges have been my favourite recently. They're so comfortable and so much easier to walk in than heels so I've always chosen them first.

I hadn't actually decided on going into make up that I wore but here's a little look at it.

Foundation - Chanel's Perfection Lumiere
Concealer - MAC's Pro Longwear Concealer
Mascara - FAIRYDROPS
Eyeliner - Urban Decay's Ink For Eyes
Eyeshadows - Urban Decay Naked Palette in Virgin, Buck and Maybelline 24 Hour Colour Tattoo in Pomegranate Punk
Lips - Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Lip Stain in Lovesick

I hope you all had a lovely New Years. I see a lot of people are putting up their resolutions for the year. I'm undecided on whether to do this or not, we shall see!

What have you all been up to today?

Blogmas Day 25 - Christmas Outfit Of The Day

As I mentioned yesterday (or the day before), here is my Christmas outfit of the day. I couldn't decide between this dress or a skirt and top, but I decided this was most festive so I went with it in the end.

Dress - H&M
Tights - Asda
Wedges - New Look
Bracelets - Pandora (how cute is my new camera charm?) and a Christmas present

Hope you all had a lovely, lovely day and filled up on lots of nice food!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Blogmas Day 11 - Unpractical New Shoes

I recently bought both these pairs of shoes, by accident. I was just waiting for my bus one day and thought I would call into Office and have a look at their boots as I've been needing a new pair of leather ones for Winter. I then wandered over to the sale section... bad idea.

If you've been a long term follower of my blog you may recognise the pair of wedges above. I already own them in nude (you can find this post here) and had been lusting after them for ages before I finally bought them. I paid £55 for them and by the time I realised just how much I loved them and should buy them in black, they were gone. However, luckily for me they were on sale, in my size, for £20! I snatched them up straight away unable to believe my luck. These are super comfy and go with so many outfits.

Another pair of shoes I've been wanting for a while, and again, disappeared when I went to buy them. These were the pair I spotted first in the shop and was super happy about. These cost me only £16, down from their original £32 so it was a complete bargain. I love pumps, bows and studs, so these were perfect for me, and you can never own too many pairs of black pumps!

Not too practical for our current weather, which is currently frosty and freezing, but I could wear the pumps  now if I really wanted too. The wedges however, will have to wait until the weather is warm. Regardless, I am completely happy with my two bargains and that's enough for me!

New shoes!

Finally got the shoes that I posted about a month ago from office. I'd been wanting them since then and kept looking at them online to make sure I definitely wanted to spend the £55 on them. I bought them today and I'm now considering buying them in black as they are so comfy and don't feel like you're wearing heels in the slightest and I can actually walk in them normally. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new pair of wedges/sandals for the summer!
