I've been using this moisturiser for a while now and thought I should do a little review on it for you all. I've been looking for a good moisturiser for a while as I have quite dry skin, and I think this one is pretty good (although since I've discovered Celestial, there's a bit of competition).
Unlike the other moisturisers from Lush, Full of Grace comes in a bar form, which makes it a lot easier to travel with, if that's something you do often, and it's quite a small bar. I find it to be quite similar to the body butters which Lush also sell, as it starts to melt as soon as you hold it in your hand for only a few seconds. This is a good thing however, as it means once you rub it across your face, it melts very quickly so you aren't tugging on your skin.
Very easy to use, I just rub the bar over my face a few times until I feel like there's enough product on my skin, usually just over my cheeks and forehead. This leaves residue on your face, and I then just rub it in with my fingers across the rest of my face.
This product contains rose oil, so this gives it a really nice scent, and is also good if you suffer from redness as it has a calming effect.
I had originally decided on this moisturiser as I had heard it was good to use under the fresh face masks which Lush also sell, and it definitely benefits. If you apply this to your face first, and then apply the mask afterwards, it leaves your skin feeling super soft afterwards.
Pros :
- Lovely scent.
- Helps restore dry skin.
- Easy to use.
- Lightweight, perfect for travel instead of carrying around tubs or bottles.
Cons :
- Cost, at £7.95 for a small bar, this may be an issue for some people, but I think it lasts quite a long time, so it's worth the money.
Overall, I love this moisturiser and I've been using it for a good lot of months now.
Have you used any of Lush's moisturisers? If so, what has been your favourite?
I've been obsessed with Lush for ages, but I've still never tried a moisturiser! But this does look really good for the price :)

It is! You should have a look at it next time you're in a store :)
DeleteI've never trusted lush moisturisers because they smell so strong and I'm so sensitive but I'm so tempted after this post Melissa. Lovely blog, I'm your newest follower! (p.s. how do you only have 50? this blog is pretty great)

ReplyDeleteWow, this sounds lovely but I'm scared it would be a bit too rich for my combination skin. What do you think? x
